When CTC Global…

studioID contact me. I had just finished up a previous paper with them.

The challenge was to make advanced reconductoring feel urgent, credible, and practical for utility operators, sustainability leaders, and executives navigating grid capacity constraints.

We reframed the story around near-term grid pressure and decision-maker skepticism, using field examples as proof points. Then, we positioned reconductoring as a faster, leaner path to expanded capacity, improved reliability, and decarbonization, without the cost and timeline of new infrastructure.

What we created was a durable thought leadership piece written for longevity, not a simple campaign push, that continues to support CTC’s Global’s market push. The narrative contributed to the foundation for their later collaboration with Google to accelerate advanced conductor deployment across the U.S.
